As the final step in your daily skincare routine, apply the cream to your face and other exposed areas of skin. For the face, use approximately 1.2 ml (1/3 teaspoon or “2 fingers”) 15-20 minutes before going outside. Reapply the protective layer every 2-3 hours, after swimming or towel drying.
